This is a great location with everything you need in moonee ponds within walking distance. Also an easy walk to the train tram bus for an easy trip to the city. We really liked the location. The house itself is comfortable and certainly good value. The Host John was excellent to deal with.

We had such a great stay over 11 weeks. The house is a real period charmer and in an absolutely fantastic location. Everything is walkable, coles, woolies, kmart, puckle st shopping, bars, cafes and restaurants. Great coffee nearby too. Bus, tram and train access is also walkable and super convenient.It may not have the most modern fitout, but the house has such a lovely feel and is super spacious.Plenty of wardrobe storage and a great little grassed backyard, secure for the dog. Host John was great, and very quick to respond to any issues.Highly recommend this house for a melbourne stay.
