Island Tower 1701 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with stunning gulf-front views from the east corner of the 17th floor. Located just 0.4 miles west of Hwy. 59, in the heart of Gulf Shores.



Unit amenities:



• Gulf-front balcony access from the living room and primary bedroom



• Tile flooring in the living room; luxury vinyl plank flooring in the bedrooms



• Fully equipped kitchen. The dining area seats six, and there are four barstools for additional seating.



• Keurig provided in the second master suite



• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit



• Living area has a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed



• Third bedroom has a king-sized bunk bed (*children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)



• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in/check-out



• A maximum of two cars allowed



• No boats, jet skis, trailers, or recreational vehicles allowed on the property



Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited at the pools, fitness center, BBQ area, lobby, elevators, stairwells, and common area walkways. Cigarette cans are provided for proper disposal only.

Great Location

Great location and beautiful property. Right on the beach and in a perfect spot to walk to all the shops and nearby restaurants. Perfect spot for a family getaway for relaxation and some sun. Definitely would book here again.

This condo was beautiful with awesome views. Beds were very comfortable. We only had one issue and it was addressed and fixed wirh a broken fan in the hall bathroom. Adequate towels and linens. Loved both balconies. We had 4 adults and it was perfect seating for the living room. More than 4 or 6 might be a stretch due to the seating. Would definitely stay again.

What can’t I say, my family and I loved this condo from the moment we walked in. The view oh the view so beautiful and amazing , we were there on the 4th and the fireworks were the best we’ve ever. There was ample space and had everything we needed something for everyone to do and so many places to eat and have fun at. My spouse and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon and the unit is absolutely spectacular and the view is amazing! Very comfortable beds and very roomy! Its location is perfect for a short walk to “The Hangout” for drinks, great food, and live music. Also can’t forget it is also a short walk to the souvenir stores! This place is perfect for a family getaway!

We absolutely fell in love with this condo, everything was perfect. We can't wait to come back to gulf shores and will definitely be booking this same condo again. When you go make sure to stop in for pizza and ice cream across the street and go to Bahama Bob's, just walking distance from island towers.
