Built high above ground level, it has a feeling of living in the trees. Located on the end of the street by a cul-de-sac with vacant lots on both sides for ultimate privacy. The deck is the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the fresh breeze & aroma of the big pines.

The Castle II is located at the end of the street at a cul-de-sac just minutes from Hwy 18. The neighborhood is quiet. It is accessed from the right side of the driveway via a set of stairs to the side deck & front door.

The property has 2 units - Castle II is the lower unit.
Security cameras are located to view the trash cage area

The nearest walking destination is the Tudor House approximately 1 mile away, Lake Arrowhead Village is a 5-minute drive, & Sky Park is 15 mins away, Lake Gregory Beach & Water Park is 15 minutes away. A car is recommended.
The age minimum is 25 (families with kids welcome).

The house is separate and attached as the property is a duplex. The entrance is private and there are no shared spaces.

To make the house more affordable for individuals and couples, for groups larger than 2 people there is an extra guest fee of $150 per person per month.

The following deposits apply:
- Refundable damage deposit is $100
- Refundable cleaning deposit is $350
- The cleaning fee is higher than the short-term cleaning fee in the listing. For stays 28 nights or longer, the cleaning fee is $280. The difference between this fee and the initial cleaning fee paid upon booking will be collected along with the deposits before check-in.
- 45-day cancellation policy and for shortened stays

Immediately after booking you will receive our short rental agreement to review and accept.

PETS: Beginning in December 2023, we are happy to announce our Happy Paws Community Program to help local animal shelters re-home and save the lives of animals.

We are now donating 25% of all pet fees to a local shelter/animal rescue. We are also launching our Happy Paws promotion for pet parents who help us get the word out about the program.

To participate, follow us on SM @yellowbrickroadhomesplus, then post a picture of your pet on I-N-S-T-A-G-R-A-M at our home and receive a discount on the pet fee (details below). The picture must be posted before check-out and tag @yellowbrickroadhomesplus. The refund will be provided back to you within 5 days of check-out.

The Pet fee is $150 per dog per month. For non-shedding pets on the list, the monthly fee is $95 per month. If you participate in our Happy Paws Promotion, you will have a discounted rate of $70 per dog for the first month, and non-shedding dogs and $125 per dog for the first month (a $25 per dog discount).

Note: If your dog is on the non-shedding dog list we will need a picture (selfie) of you and your pet(s) (together) submitted prior to check-in day. This can be done when filling out the check-in form that you will be sent 5 days prior to your stay.

There is a refundable pet deposit if more than 2 approved pets of $500.
