Absolutely Amazing!!! The house was exceptionally clean, was exactly as described plus more. The hot tub and pool were excellent and very well maintained. The beach was phenomenal!!! We cannot wait to go back, already looking at calendars.

We’ve been renting in Port St Joe for years of family vacations and Sandpiper has been our favorite. The host is remarkable with easy communication and quick feedback. You can tell they care about what they do. The house was so well stocked! Tons of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo and hand soap for every bathroom, coffee pods, coffee flavors, adult beverage tools, etc. No need to take beach chairs, towels or toys. These are abundantly provided. A great place for grandparents to take the kids and grandkids because of the sandbar located out front in the ocean. Our 6 year old grandson could walk out 500 feet and it would be only st his waist. He had a blast! A great place for dogs as well. There’s a big area out front for them to walk around and take care of business. There’s an industrial ice machine here!! That made such a difference!! The beds are great! The caretakers of the place from garbage pick up to pool care are great! We will be coming back!

Overall a great place with all the amenities.Loved having the ice machine and elevator. We had one hiccup but they sent someone out right away and then we knew exactly what to do .....shut accordion door and outside door. It will timeout and go back to kitchen level if not used after about 10 -15 min. As long as you shut both doors it should be able to recall to another floor. The only issue we had was internet....not that we were there to watch tv but we had some rainy days and didnt have great service and had to continue to buffer. Minor issue. Response from property manager was outstanding and that makes a huge difference knowing you can call someone with any issues. Location on beach was great and not far from great restaurants or shopping in port st joe. We loved it and enjoyed our stay immensely.
