Parking: On the street as first come first service, driveway parking, or inside a 1 car garage.

Mid-term/long-term booking (28 days or more) requires prior approval contingent upon positive reviews. Once booking is confirmed, guest must agree to review and sign lease agreement and consent for background check via third party service.

****All long term booking 28 days or longer requires written lease agreement which need to be executed prior to start of your stay. ***


Early check-in may be considered contingent upon prior guest check-out time and the cleaning schedule.

House Rules:
Maximum stay not to exceed 14 days per booking. A minimum 2 days of time lapse required before rebooking.

Please kindly review additional house rules below and note that these are for STRICT IMPLEMENTATION.

- No SMOKING of any kind inside the property. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE of the house;
- Absolutely No PARTIES/GATHERINGS/ Events, Birthdays, Bachelor or Bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. .
- No PETS allowed.
- Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM
-Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved day/ night visitors.
- Respect the neighbors. In the unfortunate event of party or gathering related disruptions impacting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Guests suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY and the police will be contacted.

Lastly, please treat the space with respect as if it was your own home and keep it clean before you leave. Additional cleaning fees may be imposed if property is left dirty.

** Violation of the above house rules will result in your booking being cancelled immediately without refund

** VIOLATION FEES
- Additional guest not listed in your reservation will be charged $30/night/person.
- Unauthorized party/gathering fee: $600
- Unauthorized pet fee: $105
- Indoor smoking/marijuana fee: $400
- Blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras fee: $250
- Late checkout fee: $40 per 30 minutes after checkout time.

NOTE: Please make sure to take all of your personal belonging prior to check-out as we would not be responsible for any lost personal belongings or valuables or any items left behind.
