House of Josma by There4You Tourism is a private 4bhk villa with swimming pool specially designed and built keeping in mind the comfort and luxury of the guests.

We bring to you a unique, Spacious and peaceful property of us which is located walking distance from candolim beach.

The Property consists of 4 spacious bedrooms with wide sliding windows to provide fresh air during the day. On the ground floor we have a hall well equipped with amenities of an AC, Sofa, a 65 inch SAMSUNG Crystal 4K Ultra HD TV for your entertainment and High Speed Internet Connection of 500MBPS for the entire villa.

"The Moon Room" :- We have a Bedroom Ensuit on the ground floor with Theme of a "Moon". You will be able to experience the beauty of the work of art during the night of the moon providing you its warmth as you rest in your bed. The Bathroom is Equipped with a Jaquar Shower Panel which allows you to set your water temperature as per your liking for your warm shower massage.

On the other side you will get a Modular kitchen equipped with all the amenities such as a Gas Hob, Fridge, Microwave, Cutlery, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Kettle and an Under-counter RO Water Purifier.

Followed by Dining area with a 6 seater dining table with access to the swimming pool deck. We have another common washroom on the ground floor for guests.

On the First Floor we altogether 3 bedroom with 2 of the bedrooms having access to a long balcony for your evening relaxation. with one bedroom giving you the view of the swimming pool. Both this rooms have a common Bathroom.

Our First Floor Bedroom Ensuit is more of a walk into the modern era with a spacious bedroom with king size bed and a massive bathroom providing a fully loaded two seater Jacuzzi with speakers to set the mood of a relaxing evening spa massage. The bedroom has windows on two sides for cross ventilation.

The villa has security surveillance cameras for your safety and a caretaker who will be there if you require at all times.
