We stayed with a large group spanning 3 generations and David’s place was perfect! Everyone enjoyed the pool, arcade games, pool table and game room, and we had enough space to lay the little ones down for nap without worrying about disturbing them. David was great with his communication and it’s obvious he takes a lot of pride and care in keeping the property well maintained and comfortable for guests. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Parking was good and it was great to have the pool. Spacious kitchen with most of the commonly used cooking pans and utensils provided. As with any new house we had to learn which switches turned on which lights but w did succeed at learning that information. If we needed any help, our host was quick to respond to our questions. I will say that in my opinion this property is more suited for people younger than our party...(the yougest in our group was 75.) The only reason I say this is the steps within the house and the location of the bedrooms. However, having 6 bedrooms available is a plus. Again, David, our host, was very quick to respond to any communication both before and during our stay. Overall I highly recommend this listing for larger groups.

We had a wonderful stay! The house fit our needs perfectly! It was immaculately clean, lots of space for all of us to spread out, the pool table and arcade games were perfect for downtime for the kids and adults alike! I would highly recommend.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, the house was clean, and the amenities was good. There were plenty of games to play and we spent most of our time enjoying the pool table, ping pong, and the arcades. David made the stay welcoming and promptly responded throughout the stay. I highly recommend this stay.

Our family had such a wonderful time at this house ! They thought of everything and the way the house is configured it made it great for gathering and also allowed for quiet time away from the group. David was a responsive and kind host. We would absolutely stay here again on another trip! Would love to come back in the summer and use the pool. Highly recommend to anyone

We take our cleanliness very seriously and when this guest complained 24 hours after checking in, we went back through the 90 timestamped photos documenting the spotless cleaning job prior to their arrival. They never provided any evidence contradicting the photos. They then had the audacity to throw an unauthorized party, where people got sick, leaving us a bucket of vomit and the house smelling awful. As far as updates go, literally every piece of furniture in the house is 4 months old, and the appliances are all modern…so not sure what they are talking about. Please take this guest’s review with a grain of salt and focus on the many 5 star reviews by credible individuals.

This property is a gem! Newly redone and very well-appointed! There is lots of room for parking… and for sleeping! The location is handy to the busy northside of Indianapolis but the property itself is in a quiet neighborhood with large lots so it is private, even in the backyard.Every amenity you could ask for including lots of games (pool, video, foosball, ping pong and more). A heated pool in the spacious backyard and a pergola covered patio with lights, a grill and firepit round out the appeal. Owner David was very communicative and had good directions and FAQs for check in/out and everything else we could think of. Couldn’t have been happier with this VRBO property and would HIGHLY recommend!

David was a great host to work with. Responded to our questions promptly. The property was open and spacious and in a very nice neighborhood . Enjoyed the bike path close by. We had 7 adults and 5 little ones under 5. Everyone had a place to hang their hat. The pool was a big hit also. Clean and well kept.

Two families (4 adults and 5 children) enjoyed this home while in the area visiting the Children's Museum. Location was convenient. The pool was a highlight, the floorplan was convenient, and the host made everything easy. Can't wait to stay here again.

House was exactly as pictured. The pool was amazing. We paid the additional price to have it heated. The house provided comfortable living arrangements for our large group of 12 adults and a few small kids. We really enjoyed the game rooms. The location is great- close to park trials, coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants , easy drive to the children’s museum and geist reservoir. We had a few questions about the house while we were there and the host was very quick to respond.I would recommend this listing and would stay here again!
