Family-friendly neighborhood with a mix of year round and seasonal residents, just a stone's throw to the beach. House is part of an association with access to a private beach, which renters are welcome to use.

While the house is not huge it can sleep a lot of people and proximity to the beach makes is convenient for anyone visiting, and particularly for a large group where perhaps not everyone wants to do the same thing at the same time.
