Spacious two-level 5-room, 2-bath home to accommodate 10 adults and 5+ children located one block from Vernal, UT. Mormon Temple. Main three bedrooms on main floor, bunkbed room and theater room located downstairs.

Spacious two-level, 5-bedroom/2-bath home to accommodate up to10 adults and 5+ children located only one block from the LDS Temple. All three main bedrooms located on main floor along with game room. Bunk-bed, laundry, and theater rooms are located downstairs. Amenities to include oversize parking for campers, ATVs, and trailers welcome. A fully fenced and secluded 3/4 acre backyard, state of the art pickleball & basketball sport court, hot tub, ninja course playground area, horseshoe pits, cornhole sets, tetherball, in-ground trampoline, etc.

*Please Note: If you are renting the Full Hook-up RV Site, you will have full access to power, water, sewer hook-ups, and 1/2 of the paved parking space (All paved space West of the car port area). However, your stay does not include any additional amenities including the home and all back yard amenities of the home. During your stay, please be mindful and respectful if there are additional guests staying in the home and utilizing the home amenities. Please inquire for any additional questions.

This property is excellent for a family with children, so many things for them to do from the playground to sports court. Fun for the adults too with the big screen tvs, the sports court and hot tub.

We had such a great time at this house! Our kids played basketball and jumped on the trampoline, watched the many TVs in the house, played the board games, and used the pool table. The kitchen is really well equipped, we cooked all our meals and it was very easy. The host was easy to communicate with. All around awesome!

Easy to find and access. Clean and inviting. Perfect for our Girls weekend. Plenty of hot water for showers. Comfortable beds and couches and lots of extra linens. Pool table and hot tub were the favorites.Would love plusher toilet paper, but there was plenty of it. Hand soap was watered down. Only issue was top bunks had little clearance to the ceiling - would have been nice to know ahead of time. Great stay!!!

Highly recommend!!! This house has everything that you could ever want in a vacation rental. So many activities to do together or separate. The young men took advantage of the basketball court. While others played pool and darts. Wish it would have been warmer so we could take advantage of all the things that were available.

We stayed here for a boys trip with my sons and some friends. The house was great and provided a variety of things to do on site, pool table, hot tub, fire, poker, darts, games, TVs, video games, basketball, pickleball, and more. The host was responsive. The house was well remodeled and clean.

The house was so comfortable! There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out if we wished, or all hang together for games and movies. The kids (5 of them, aged 2 - 11) loved all of the play spaces, the games, toys and movie theater! We all had a blast and would choose to stay here again of the opportunity arises. Thank you so much!

The host (Luke) lacked compassion or tact in communicating. I came to Vernal to bury my Mother and this home because it said pet friendly. We came with my adult children and older dogs. I selected that I would be bringing pets. No fees were indicated at check out.

Three bedrooms were listed as “on main level” but the office room with a bed had a few steps to go down then a few steps to go up to access the room. My mother-in-law was going to stay in that room but couldn’t with those steps. Luckily she was able to switch rooms with another family member. Other than that issue, it was a wonderful place to stay! Very beautiful and clean!
