Located on a secluded point on Tybee`s mid-Island, this is the perfect place to enjoy all that Tybee has to offer – beautiful, peaceful marshes and the Atlantic Ocean beaches just a short walk or bike ride away. Decks on all levels and a floating dock (access to Horsepen Creek) let you enjoy the outdoors while large windows and glass light doors bring spectacular views into almost every room in the house.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Great Place to Stay!

We loved it here! Super clean and space to spread out. 8 minute easy walk to the beach. We are so glad we stayed here and would stay here again.

Quiet,comfortable, salt marsh views

The place was tastefully decorated, very spacious well equipped, and in good repair. Only detail that wasn't up to expectations was the floating dock that was unstable and needed attention. The dock probably wouldn't matter to most renters but I had a very small boat that I'd hoped to leave tied up at the dock for exploring.

Marsh Creek Cove

Tybee mid beach area is a perfect area for a family. The house was perfect for my grown children, grandkids and I to spend a week together- nice, short walk to the beach each day and gorgeous views of the marsh from the deck.

Great place, great property management.

Perfect in so many ways. Quiet, access to the backwater is great. Very comfortable, the owners truly care about this property. Almost everything we could need or want in the updated kitchen. Will return!

With the Dolphins

What a lovely, tranquil location smack dab on a small estuary. We even saw dolphins in it! House is large with a wonderful porch overlooking the marsh where we spent a lot of time. Minutes from the ocean, restaurants and shops. We highly recommend Seawolf for gourmet hotdogs and renting a kayak on Lazaretto Creek.
