This was just a fast stay for the family, my daughter was going to prom with her boyfriend who lives in Savannah. The condo was clean, just needs some improvements, like the BEDS! They were so hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The master bathroom needs some good tlc. The view of the ocean was very nice. Overall the family had fun and that’s all that matters. Loved the location, all secluded away from the noises and traffic.

great location & comfortable

We're staying here the next time we visit! The kids loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. All amenities were there at the condo, and beds, etc were comfortable. Not a fancy place, if that's what you're looking for.

Family Fun Time

This condo was a great location and place for our family trip. The beach was great. Long walk through the dunes, but worth it! It was quiet and great for our boys to skim board, boogie board, and just play in the water.

Visit was good. Place is a little dated. Needs updating.

Overall experience was good. Smoke detectors went off at 130am. Had yo call someone to fix. Then the not so new batteries started chirping again. Lots of lightbulbs out. Fan on porch not working and covered in cob webs. Dusty.

Great location but needs improvement

This property was in a great location and view was on point. The size was good for us (2 couples). However, the bed sheets felt like paper and the bedspreads need to be thrown out and replaced. The patio furniture has seen its day and it’s rickety. The coffee maker has also seen better days. The window in the front bedroom rattled loudly whenever the wind blew because it was broken. We had to wedge paper in it to try and stop the rattling.

16B Review - Week stay

The view from this property is fantastic. For us it was all about the view and it payed off. The walk to the beach was short with multiple options. The inside of the rental was enough room for us to be comfortable in and it was pretty clean. However - it definitely could use some updating with minor repairs. Immediately upon opening the vertical blinds one fell off that my husband fixed. The kitchen sink faucet handle also fell off - which my husband re-attached. The screen to the kitchen window is not even usable - it is tore up. Don't plan on opening that window. And most annoying and scary was the tables and chairs on the deck with the awesome view. They are wobbly and feel as though they will break any second. In fact, one did break on my husband. He was sitting in the chair, my daughter called for him and he turned towards her and one of the slats in the chair he was sitting on broke. It felt like every time we sat down it was dangerous - including putting our coffee on the table. Those are all minor issues that can get fixed if the owner where to spend the night there one time they would find all these issues very true. The rental agency that was advising this property was fantastic.

Not what we expected.

No clue that this property was basically an apartment complex. We were on the second floor - don’t believe that was ever communicated. Unit was clean but very outdated. No ice maker in the old refrigerator - only two broken ice cube trays. Couch was in terrible condition plus stained. I Did not sit on it the entire week!! Furniture on balcony was so old and worn. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very small. Carpeting needs to be replaced.

Good view. Little Growed up hike to beach. No big pans to cook eggs and bacon for a family of 4. One small pan took 3 times to cook enough bacon.

Great View, Very Outdated

Condo had a great view and was in a great location on the island. However, the inside of condo needs cleaning and repairs! Bedspread had patched holes, balcony chair was broken, carpet in bedrooms was very stained and dirty. Shower wouldn't drain, mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Door handle was lose and key pad was difficult to operate. We found bugs in the bathroom, kitchen cabinets, and the bedroom. Will not be staying here again!

Nice place and Great View

The place was nice and conviently located. The propert could use some updates, the beds were awful and the bedding was old and literally patched together in places. Thankfully we brought our own blankets and pillows! The keypad and door handle took us most of our stay to figure out how to rig it and make it work. Overall it was nice. The location was perfect for us.
