Savannah Beach & Racquet Club - Unit B318 - Water View - Swimming Pool - Tennis

Sit on your private balcony and enjoy watching dolphins (porpoise) in the river, commercial shrimp boats, cargo ships entering and leaving the Port of Savannah and Tybee Island's beautiful sunsets. These units are 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominiums, some with 1 or 2 bunk beds suitable for small children. All units have use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and BBQ grills, coin laundry at the complex.
Parking for - 1 ONLY, no golf carts, trailers, campers, etc. allowed
Note: The beach on Tybee's north shore (Savannah River Entrance) is subject to strong currents during tidal changes. Please swim with care and observe all posted cautions.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Great for small family with toddlers!

We enjoyed our stay! As others have said, the unit is a bit outdated and the decor is lacking, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a week-long getaway for our family of four, which includes a 1 and 4 year old. The 4 year old slept comfortably on the lower bunk while the baby slept in a pack-n-play or with us. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook and extra linens and towels. The property was full of other young families, which was wonderful for our 4 year old as he could always find someone to play with. The lady with the HOA that opened and closed the pool each day was incredibly sweet! We felt very welcome there. My only complaint is the mosquito population and having to fight off ants at the beach and pool. I am not sure if there is anything that they can really do extermination wise being that close to the beach, but it was a bit rough and we are all covered in bites.

Awesome place

Enjoyed being right on the beach with a short walk to the beach. Perfect place to stay on Tybee. Will stay here again for future visits.

Great property! Loved the view!

2 ladies in much need of getting away from the daily grind of life. Saw dolphins every day from our deck! Food in the area was great!! Walking distance for coffee!! Only issue was wish we could have gotten into the gate to at least sit on the beach on Monday! Felt like a wasted day due to not getting the keys till 4:45pm.

Great time

We had a wonderful time, except for the weather.. haha. Anyway the condo was nice, a little old/musty smell upon arrival but is to be expected with the age of the property. The couch is less than desirable(very old) would not have been an issue if we didn’t have to stay inside the whole time, however I would not sleep on this couch. The rest of the place was great had plenty of cooking utensils was clean and the beds were decent.

Tybee Get-a-way

Our family had fun. The HOA staff at the pool were very friendly and helpful. Unit was just enough for our small little family with me, my husband, and our 2 small children. They enjoyed the pull out couch for a bed as the bunk beds were very narrow. Only suggestion is the place doesn't seem like it's had any updates since built. Could use some new carpet and vents need cleaned at the least. Overall a great experience.

We are here to serve you 7 days a week. Our day starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 5:30 PM, however Sunday hours may vary during the off season. Our phone lines are open from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM we turn them over to voice mail at 5:00 PM. Our office is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Days and for some holidays we will close early the day before. We also close early some days to participate in community events such as the Pirate Fest Parade, Beach Bum Parade, etc. Yeah ..... we like to party here at Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals!!!
