Kitchen could have had coffee filters. Refrigerator is extremely loud! Rugs and carpets need to be cleaned.

Really clean and nice condo. Perfect for our family of 4!
Although the property is close to the beach, we prefer to have a beach view. Renting from the company was so easy and the staff is very nice, we look forward to renting a beach view property next time.

The location was great. Some noisy neighbors but not unexpected in a beach town. Bring your own beach chairs, towels and anything else u might want this condo had minimal beach equipment. Over all very nice condo for a rental

Floor not clean enough for crawling baby, her knees and feet got dirty everytime we put her down. Curtains and furniture had stains. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect! The elevator was not working and we are seniors, so getting our luggage up was somewhat difficult. Overall it was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay!

Love how close we were to the beach and pier. Management responded quickly when we informed them that the tv didn’t work…a new tv arrived the next day. It was a little small but we enjoyed being close so it was great for hanging out.

The rooms were good, bathrooms good. Open space and good deck space for a family of 6. Great location to beach & food. The drains were clogged and hot water ran out fast ( even with short showers to accommodate 6 people) but overall good space. Not the owners personal fault but the 3 sump pumps in the basement failed with all the rain and there was 4-5 inches of sitting - oily water in the parking spaces for the whole weekend ( Friday night to Monday morning). We had to crawl over the railings to go up the stairs and avoid the water. Again, not horrible, and not a deal breaker for us, just a " thing" to note-could be a problem for people with younger children/ strollers.

Comfortable condo
Very nice condo, comfortable, everything worked well, even the ice maker! Only issue was lots of trash in the parking area. Why can’t the cleaning team pick that stuff up each day when they clean the condos?

The property and vacation was just what we needed! The condo was pretty clean except the return air vent which didn’t stop our fun. The other small issue we bumped in to is the key pad. It wasn’t very cooperative sometimes which was a little frustrating. Overall I will recommend the unit and won’t hesitate to book it again.

1st Tybee trip
The Elevator had working issues. A family member need medical attention and paramedics were call and the had to carry my loved one down the stairs because the elevator would not open. This was huge for my decision of rental options...an Elevator was a must or ground floor.
Overall the stay was nice. The floors need to be deep cleaned, the carpets are badly stained and the hardwoods had a grimy film that was taken care of by the staff the next morning; a higher thread count of sheets on the beds would be a great. The condo was nicely stocked with essentials in the kitchen. The rental was across the street from a meth house. It was sad to see the toddler outside playing in the street with very little supervision. The police were summoned to that residence twice during our stay. The hike to the beach was about 6 minutes on foot. Access to the beach was great.

The Good and Bad
Overall, we had an enjoyable time. It was our first time on Tybee Island. Our location was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops which was good. However, the location also seemed to be less family oriented as the smell of weed was present on a daily basis and the beach was more congested in this area. (It was Memorial Day weekend, so that could have contributed to the congestion). We loved every restaurant that we tried. As far as our room, it was not as clean as other places I've stayed and it could use a little updating, but everything worked as it should and we had no issues until we arrived home. This was a pet friendly unit, but we did not have a pet. We noticed damage to the bed in the master bedroom (chewed up), but assumed management was aware of it. I received an email that the damage was discovered after we checked out and that we would be charged a fee for the damage. I was able to call the management office and verified that we did not have a pet and the damage was already present when we checked in. No charges were assessed and they apologized for contacting the wrong guest. I assume they found out that the guests before us had a pet, but it concerned me that since the damage wasn't noticed earlier that housekeeping hadn't done a thorough job of cleaning before we checked in. Overall, I would visit Tybee again, on a non-holiday weekend, and probably in the fall. I would most likely not stay in this unit again.
This property is not very well maintained. The entire place was lacking in cleanliness, dust all over the shelfs and ceiling fan, old worn out floors, the door lock was broken and they used a chopped off mop handle in order to lock it. The Wi-Fi consistently went out about every 10 minutes. I promptly reached out to the management company and was given a generic response to reset the router (which I had already done). This did not fix anything. They said they would "create a work order" and I told them to update me on it. I never heard anything back until I had to reach BACK out and then I received a message AFTER check out blaming it on the island?? This place was very very tiny, the beds were very uncomfortable. You can just tell it is not a well maintained place at all and nobody obviously wants to put any form of money to fix, update, or clean the place at all.

Air did not work for the entire trip - was blowing cool air but never got to 70. Tech came out but didn’t do much, filter was filthy but was not replaced. Dryer lint trap was broken and damaged clothing - reached out to property management and they responded but never sent anyone to fix.
