Located 25 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs, this marvelous house sits on 12 acres and boasts 3 bedrooms - 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. With 2 bathrooms featuring showers, guests can relax and unwind in comfort. The additional sun room space with a cozy futon provides extra room for lounging and watching the sunset over Beaver Lake. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Please note: Our driveway is steep and rocky. 4-wheel drive and well-maintained tires highly recommended.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please do not leave any trash at the community dumpster. We have garbage cans in the garage for your trash.
Please make sure the hot tub is set to 90 degrees and that the lid is on before departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Home doesn't have direct water access. Nearest fishing and swimming is about 5-10 minutes drive to Big Clifty. Thank you.
