Barndo in the Rocky Mt Woods

Located in Rocky Mount, just 8 minutes from Kaufman Launch and 15 minutes from the Loop 2, this barndo/shop house is sure to give you plenty to explore in Lake of the Ozarks. Tall ceilings and full amenities provide a welcome retreat from your offroading/boating adventures. With 2 bedrooms including 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed, you can bring the whole Fam. The living room offers a wide couch for 1 so you can bring a friend as well. Heating and central AC bring like home comfort in all seasons. Two hose connects to wash off those machines and plenty of parking for trailers and toys. Your welcome to ride/walk the property trail system which encompasses 60 acres.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave bedding and towels by the washer. Please lock the door by pressing schlage and turning the deadbolt.
Please run the dishwasher to prevent mold in the event the cleaning crew is a few days out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You can smoke outside or on the patio. You may use the trail system but do not cut new trails.
No hunting without written permission. Do not enter the hunting blinds.

Great place! Plenty of room to hang out inside and out. Great outdoors spaces! Owner communication was awesome. Plenty of room to park boats or trailers. Highly recommend to anyone needing a place in this area! Its tucked in the ozarks what more could you ask for!
