I have really taken a moment on how to respond. Most of the photos were taken with my phone. I am not high tech and I have a broken screen, so I am gonna go with that’s a compliment. The outlets that the lamps are plugged into are attached to a switch. But no biggie it just helps turn them off for bedtime. We do change the bedding so the blankets in the photos will change with the seasons. This is the only unit we own and we do love it and we spend a lot of energy to make sure that it’s comfortable for our guest. We have had three guests come and go. We had a maintenance guy come over after your complaints because it surprise me so much and he wasn’t able to find what you were talking about with the sink or any of the other issues and all the other guests had no problem and we’re very pleasant. So I can only assume that you’re having a bad day. Hope everything starts going better for you.
