Escape to this beautifully decorated lakeside retreat with stunning water views and flat lot! Enjoy mornings on the covered porch, paddle out on the lake with two provided paddleboards, swim in the lake with the lily pad, or unwind by the fire pit under the stars. Plus, enjoy access to a community pool for extra relaxation. Whether you`re seeking adventure or a relaxing escape, this home offers the perfect spot for lakefront relaxation and fun!
The home has beautiful views of Tims Ford Lake from multiple rooms. Downstairs there is a queen bed with ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms are located upstairs and the master with king bed and ensuite bathroom has wonderful water views and a balcony to sit out and enjoy the peaceful views.
The home is in a great location 5 min from Twin Creeks Marina where you can rent a boat or eat at Drafts and Watercrafts Bar and Grill(Open May-Mid October) or also 5 min away is downtown Winchester where you`ll find multiple options to eat, drink, and shop.
The home is in a small quiet gated community. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the driveway. No parking on the road. There is an area where an additional vehicle can be parked outside of the gated community if needed.
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am
