Property is in a great location for many activities. Close to the fairgrounds, Newfields art museum. Dining areas as well as minutes from Mass Ave. dining etc. Neighborhood is quiet. Many of the homes on the street have been renovated and making a great comeback to the neighborhood. Owner was very responsive overall. House is very roomy and could accommodate many people.

This new property is in a great location for events at Lucas Oil Stadium. It was extremely clean and was exactly as shown on the listing. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Owner communication was wonderful. If we are in Indy again, I will schedule this property!

Overall, the house worked well for our group and gave us a comfortable place to relax and recharge. There were a few small quirks, including limited cookware and utensils. We also discovered that the second-floor hallway lights controlled the outlets on the third floor, which affected the air conditioning in that room.I contacted the host, and she responded right away and offered to send maintenance. It was not something we needed fixed immediately, but I appreciated how quickly she was ready to help. Even with these minor issues, they did not significantly affect our stay. The host was responsive, supportive, and willing to help in any way she could. The house was in a nice location for downtown and in great shape.
