•   All persons are required to wear wristbands.
•   Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
•   No pets allowed.
•   Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
•   Great island activities include: Off-site bird- and turtle-watching, Beach four-wheeling, Horseback riding, Laguna Madre Nature trail. Walking on the island is also a lot of fun!
•   Our rental properties are family oriented. Good bhavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay.
•   We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.

This unit is as close to the beach as you can get, so that was nice! The inside of the condo has been remodeled recently so it is in good condition, however, there weren’t enough cushions to be able to use the outdoor furniture so that kinda sucked. Water pressure and getting hot water for the showers took awhile. You would have to leave the water run for quite awhile to just get Luke warm water and the pressure was low. Kitchen had bare minimum pots and pans which also was a downer because we ate most of our meals during our stay at the condo. Pool and hot tub on the property were nice. Beach furniture can only be rented, so I left a chair there hoping someone could use it! Overall I would stay again.

Fantastic location-but definitely need a new cleaning company

The location was amazing-very close to the beach. However, the unit was not cleaned very well at all. There were crumbs on the kitchen counter. It appeared there was something spilled down the inside door. A plate that had not been washed and still had food on it was in the cabinet. The spiral staircase had not been vacuumed. Underneath the kitchen cabinet there were 2 exposed wires coming from the wall. We’re assuming it was possibly from an old fixture. It truly needs a deep cleaning-walls wiped down, dusting and vents cleaned.

Great location in Padre

Communication with property management was great. There was a water outage during our stat and they were very communicative. Check in and out was easy. Pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and beach front lounge furniture was wonderful. Property was beach front with great views. Property has been updated and is great with the full bathrooms. Property was clean, but did need a deep clean on vents and cabinets and under sofas, etc, but that is just being nitpicky. Overall a nice stay in a great location!

Good beachfront view

They stay was awesome. We loved the condo and the view was just what we were looking for. Beach was very easy to access and just a short walk. We were right by the pool to. Only downfall is no elevator but the steps weren’t bad at all.
