Vacation like royalty in our 3-bedroom beachfront condo with a million dollar view and ultra fast internet. We have recently upgraded our internet to keep you connected at 200 mbps download speeds. No need to disconnect while you're on vacation - keep your blog updated, check-emails, stream your vacation playlists, and telecommute with ease. The VIPs in your group are going to love the primary bedroom suite with a king size bed and ensuite with walk-in shower. The view from the primary bedroom rivals the balcony view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We can't wait for you to see it. We have two guest rooms: the first has Queen and XL-Twin bed, while the second guest room has Queen and Twin bunks. If you need a bit of extra room, our couch doubles as a pull-out sofa bed. You'll be happy to know our beachfront vacation condo boasts 3 bathrooms, too! There will be no waiting in line in the morning while you rush to get to the sand. While you're here, you'll enjoy the use of our fully equipped kitchen and living spaces. Our kitchen has full-size appliances so you can feed the crowd, the dining area and bar seat up to 10 people, and our living room has a large, flat-screen TV to gather around. BUTTERFLY PARK: Right beside Suntide ll there is a beautiful 3rd beach access.
The pathway has NO STAIRS, ensuring a smooth path to the beach. Butterfly Park has a covered picnic bench area for a picnic for the family, an artistic butterfly statue, and many varieties of native Rio Grande Valley plants. There is a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and shelter for Monarch butterflies during their annual cycle of reproduction and migration.
