We stayed at this VRBO when we had a state marching band competition at wku. The location was perfect, safe, quiet, and walkable. Communication was amazing and we felt very prepared upon arrival.

location was walking distance to WKU and only slightly longer walk to the square. Quiet neighborhood made remote work easy. Haley was easy to communicate with both prior to check in and during the stay

Inside was clean, dog food on the floor in kitchen, listing said bathroom soap and shampoo available but had a large body wash and bottle of shampoo that was used, not sanitary. Floors were roller coaster and walking inside was sketchy. Bed would be comfortable but the wavey sloped floors made your head lower than feet. Very low lighting throughout. No washer and dryer but was in the listing. Outside deck was dirty and a lot of dry rot webs on every window. I’m grateful we were there for an event and did just sleep there. Most times when we use VRBO it’s a weekly rental.
