Secluded, no tv’s, it’s the first time we ever spent NYE like this, but it was a perfect way to start the new year. I think even my teenagers were in bed by 11pm, we woke up refreshed and went to Great Sand Dunes. Please stop in town before proceeding so you can get food and needed items, it’s about 38min to Walsenburg or really anywhere else from the home. Once you’re there, you’re good though.

We were here for a work retreat before an event we had on Redwing Ranch and this spot was perfect! Would recommend to anyone coming into the area.
