Perfect for two people who don't plan to cook. Very quiet and away from the relative chaos of Ft. Collins. Nice shower (water heats up fast) and comfortable bed and couch. Nice straight shot to Ft. Collins. Great price and lovely host.

My son and I were in the area for a few days and this place made for a very comfy home base while we were there. Heather remained very accessible for anything we needed. Bonus: there were bunnies in the yard every morning.

It's not often that you're surprised because what you get is better than what you thought you might get, but that was my experience here. First class accommodations. Felt like I checked into a little ini luxury world. The owner was extremely helpful and has thought of everything. Highly recommend.
