2 bedrooms, one bathroom, huge garden with swimming pool, fully equipped. Perfect place to rest and have fun in Chacras de Coria, one of the nicest residencial areas in Mendoza. Just 5 mins from wineries and 20 mins from downtown. Everything is for the exclusive usage of our guests only.

This is a very spacious house ideal for a family or group of friends ready to enjoy Mendoza. It has a living / dining room with cable TV, fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom (with bath tub), one bedroom with a queen size bed and the other one with two twin size beds, with two beds under them. Both bedrooms with big closets empty. The place is completely equipped with all you need to make your stay very comfortable, wireless Internet, Cable TV, Air Conditioning, Washing machine, phone with free local phone calls ideal for calling a taxi, making reservations, etc., and all you need for cooking and entertaining. Private parking for one vehicle located inside with roof.. Sheets, towels, soap and dish-washing soap are included. All is for you to enjoy. I will be receiving you at the house for check-in. During your stay you can contact me at any time by email or to my cell phone and I will be there to assist you. Prior to your arrival I will be sending you to Mendoza guide full of suggestions to enjoy! At check out you just close everything and leave the keys in the apartment. If I have no guests arriving or leaving that day, usually check in / out is flexible. The EASiEST way to get around is by bycicles, it is not expensive to rent them, if not i would recommend hiring tour in private cars, renting a car or a taxi, they are very inexpensive and will arrive 5 to 10 minutes after you call, and will ring on your door, you don't even have to wait outside, so it's very convenient. You also have public transportation a couple blocks away, but its not very reliable. If you hire a private tour, most of them pick you up at the house.

You have access to absolutely everything in the house. We have an incredible swimming pool, a great barbeque area, 3000 square meters of garden!! My three very friendly dogs live in the comunal gardens.
