Plenty of Free Parking on the street in front of this property. Come and relax in the calming ambiance of this charming space. Book now and enjoy everything this place has to offer. No Smoking, No Drugs, No Alcohol on premises. No Loud Music, No overnight guests without prior approval. No repairs of motorcycle or car on premises.

Must turn OFF all utilities when leaving the room. If you continue to leave utilities ON when not in the room, $75 - $100 extra will be charged.

No room service provided as this is long term rental. Please wash bedsheets and towel once a week. Laundromat is 2 blocks away.

I chose City of Santa Ana, because this place is located in the heart of Orange County. All major attractions such has Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studio, Lego Land, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Getty Museum, Hollywood are within reach. Year around weather is beautiful. Ocean is within 15 minutes' drive.

What makes this property unique

This rental unit of mine is fully independent with its own separate entrance. Also, this room has attached bath without sharing with anyone. You can come and go anytime without disturbing anyone. This place is very quiet and safe with plenty of free parking close to your room.
