RECENT REVIEWS:
Sept 2025: Don’t sleep on this lake house at Boathouse Point on Lake Greenwood! We had the absolute best and most peaceful staycation here this weekend. Beautiful sunrises/sunsets, canoeing to the state park playground right across the lake, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit by the lake, every meal outside, enjoying my coffee on the back deck, playing ping pong outside, and all of the other adventures our kiddos discovered along the way. We loved that it has tons of seating and tables outside. And a bonus that this is a vintage 1950s lake house where the owners have done a wonderful job of modernizing while still keeping most of the original features. We will absolutely be back.

Oct 2025: We had such a wonderful stay at this special place! The beautiful peninsula, surrounded by water and shaded by tall trees, was peaceful and spacious — a true escape into nature. The house itself is cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with more amenities than we expected, making it easy to settle right in. Every detail encouraged relaxation and connection with the tranquil surroundings. We can’t wait to return and experience more of nature’s changing seasons at this unique and serene estate. Thank you for sharing your amazing retreat!

Nov 2025: We spent Thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful property. Our family of 7 had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the peaceful setting. We fished all day from the dock and enjoyed games every evening. Streaming TV allowed us to watch football (Go Bears!) and movies. The property owners thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable, and the sunsets are fantastic! Very level yard for throwing football and baseball. We’ll be back to this great place!
