Located just steps from downtown & within easy walking distance to the city park & scenic pathways, it’s perfect for both work & leisure stays. Enjoy warm wood floors, fresh & comfortable furnishings, & a cozy living space. A newly built privacy partition creates a peaceful outdoor nook to relax & escape the buzz of the busy street.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom home is comfortably furnished to sleep two on a queen in the primary bedroom, plus two more on the queen pull-out sofa bed. You'll also have a dining table for four and a fully equipped kitchen for meal-making.
Located just a few blocks from the heart of downtown in one direction and a few blocks to the main city park in the other direction, you'll be near the city's paved pathways that connect parks from the south end of town to the north end of town. You could travel on foot to everthing you'll need or take a very short drive to nearby full-service grocery, indoor farmer's market, gourmet grocer, and many unique boutiques, restaurants, galleries and more.
