“GAIA” is an adults only villa.

The villa has 3 master bedrooms with their own bathroom (3 bathrooms in total) and a kitchen-living area. Two bedrooms are in the ground floor next to each other, and one in the first floor with the living room and kitchen, as well as.
The outdoor area offers a lovely swimming pool of 42 sqm with waterfall, a spa tub with 5 seats, sun-beds, outdoor dining area with pergola and a large outdoor area with pergola, in front of the ground floor bedrooms.

“GAIA” is located on the hill of Agia Paraskevi, 960 meters away from the end of Plaka beach of Naxos Island. (straight line distance from the sea, 500 meters) and it is accessible from town by vehicle within 15 minutes and by using a paved road of 7,5 Km and a narrow flat dirt road (the way to the hill) of 400 meters (8 Km total from city’s entrance).

Plaka is the longest beach of Cyclades (7km) and got famous for its white fine sand and the amazing water. It has an excellent tourist infrastructure and offers all kind of beach entertainment.
1,5 km away from "GAIA" is Orkos beach with its lovely bays and the popular beach of Mikri Vigla.
The distance from Naxos town (Hora) is 8,5km.

Rate includes:

- Cleaning service every two days: change of bed lines, body towels and pool towels.

For your stay at "GAIA" a vehicle, preferably a car, is necessary. It could be arranged either by us, or we could provide information on car Rental places.
In case you would prefer to make your own arrangements, it would be helpful to consider for your car choice, that part of the way to the villa (hill road) is a narrow dirt road (about 500 meters).

Amazing week at Gaia

Our family of 4 stayed in this beautiful villa for a week. It is just as pictured, very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for accessing many beautiful beaches, the main town and surrounding villages. I highly recommend this home and would love to return again every summer!

Outstanding property and manager

Gaia is one of the best properties we have experienced among our international travels. The pictures are accurate, although may not fully convey the charm of the property. Every detail has been addressed in Gaia. We greatly appreciated the modern design with artistic flare that also captures tradition. The living spaces are all well designed and the kitchen fully equipped. The infinity pool is large with a great view over the water and Naxos countryside, and outdoor spaces are expansive. As we carried work with us, the efficient wifi (including outside) made our 18 day stay productive as well as thoroughly enjoyable. In particular, we appreciated the hospitality experience and professional attention of Alex, the owner/manager and the cleaning/pool staff who all adhered to the highest standards during COVID-19. The location is great, with easy access in several directions to restaurants and beaches. The only (very minor) thing missing is a resident cat. Looking forward to a return.

Experience of a lifetime

Fantastic villa - luxury island near main beaches, but away from touristic crowds. Beautifully designed and tastefully furnished. The owner is an experienced hotelier and the man with an open heart. He helped us a lot to understand the essence of the island and the virtues of its people. The villa is a great place to explore the ancient history of Naxos and its wild nature.

Superbe villa , excellent accueil

Nous avons tout d’abord été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire Alex qui nous a fait visiter la villa (superbe !) et ils nous a donné des indications et lieux à visiter à Naxos. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable et très propre (ménage effectué tous les jours). La vue est splendide et nous étions à 15 min du port de Naxos où nous nous rendions le soir . Bref un excellent moment passé ! Merci !
