Mrs Hunt (the host) was very attentive, responded quickly, easily accessible and very business oriented. The house was just as expected, very clean, and welcoming. My guests really enjoyed themselves for the weekend and will be using this house again.

Arrived at 5 pm to find that one room had two pictures fallen on the bed that had been attached with double stick tape. One broke a bedside lamp. Dining room chair was broken and a breakfast bar chair was broken. Lamps downstairs missing bulbs... We took pictures upon arrival and were still charged for damage we didn't do. Our stay was fine, but paying for other peoples' issues was not appreciated. Avoid.

We never received the code to access the property. Nor was VBRO customer service able to assist with access after multiple hours on the phone resulting in 3 families and total of 13 people needing to find a hotel. Ratings re:cleanliness etc should be NA as we never stayed but NA is not an option

Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Great stay for a large group!!!Very clean!!!!Multiple options for separating the group. Good location. Made owner aware of several issues we noticed and was responsive; none of the issues impacted our stay, just maintenance needs.
