Dave was an excellent host while we stayed for our trip to Cooperstown. He made excellent breakfast for us every morning and for what time we wanted it based off our baseball schedule. Would for sure stay there if we were to ever go again.
House was just like the pictures. Loved the porch overlooking the lake. Breakfast was wonderful, plenty of food. David was so kind and even volunteered to pick me up some coffee and bread from utica when he went. Lived our stay. Short drive to cooperstown. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely come back.
I stayed here while my son played in the Cooperstown baseball tournament. David was so helpful and friendly, and treated me like family. The view was stunning; I will miss having coffee on the deck overlooking the lake as well as David's amazing breakfasts. Oh, and his cookies were to die for! :)
First time bed and breakfast experience. Can I tell you, the host Nash was wonderful. We were there for a week long Cooperstown tournament at dreams park. The house is located about 20 minutes from the park but easy to get to. We ate delicious gourmet breakfast everyday compliments of the host. Delicious coffee too! I highly recommend renting the room with beautiful view, If not , you can hang out on deck. Swim, fish etc. Thank you dealrly!

Misleading Listing
While our host provided fabulous breakfasts, the listing for the room was misleading. It says two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In reality there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. Our room was very, very small. There was no room for our suitcases and two people could hardly move around. The lighting in the room was not adequate.
Beautiful home, amazing views of lake and sunsets. Very personable host David immediately made you feel at home. Breakfast was also wonderful and plentiful!!
