Lovely though small place with lots of thoughtful touches and charming, woodsy decor. One communication with host prior to arrival to clarify procedure but nothing more. Path a bit difficult at night so remember to leave porch light on. Quiet, exceptionally well-located.
This is my second time I’ve used Eric’s property and just love staying at his home. Excellent location, home is a very clean, hot showers, kitchen has all that you need. Thanks Eric and Allie!
This was truly a beautiful little hideaway retreat but had so much surrounding it! Our Host was wonderful and totally accommodating. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again! Thank you😊💜
We really enjoyed our 6-night stay in this lovely tiny home. Very tastefully put together, it had everything we needed. My son enjoyed staying in the loft. Beds are comfortable. It felt quiet and secluded after spending our days in the city. It’s right on the bus route not far from the light rail.
We settled into the tiny house after 1-2 days and really enjoyed it! We were nervous at first with 5 grown adults in a tiny home but we fit great! Beautiful neighborhood and close to campus.
What a great find - a tiny house near a park, cozy comfortable, neat and clean. Eric was very considerate, offering extra heat (wasn't needed, house was toasty) during the December ice storm and answering my recycling questions. Location is terrific, could walk to park, coffee, and more.
I am looking forward to another visit.
Enjoyed the tiny house experience. It was very cozy and the location was great. Close enough to drive to campus in a couple of minutes. Had no issues or complaints.
This property was small like expected but it worked great for what we needed. I was a little nervous booking a tiny home with a baby but we had a great experience. Plenty of room for what we needed.
This corridor had everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay, and was our first tiny home experience to boot. Conveniently located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with plenty of parking, within walking distance of a park, and just a short drive away from everything we wanted to see around Seattle.
The hosts are great, left clear instructions in intuitive places throughout the home so you find them as you need them, and were also super responsive whenever any questions came up.
Would certainly stay here again!
In Seattle 2 weeks to visit family and work. The craftsman corridor was the perfect place for us. It was very clean and well stocked with quality and comfortable items for cooking and general living; we felt almost like we were at home. The owners were accommodating and quick with all communications. The home was a good size - tight but with all the space we needed for sleeping, entertaining and working from home. Perfect location for us - nice walk down peaceful streets and through park to areas we frequented. We would definitely stay here again.
A great little house in quiet Seattle neighborhood with easy and free parking. The space is small, but very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, as was two-cushion couch. Lots of creative and well-designed spaces to store luggage, for hanging clothes, towels, etc. Our party of four managed very well here. The adjacent park is beautiful. We used the kitchen only a couple of times in our 8 nights there, but easily found everything we needed -- and more. Fabulously detailed instructions and notes were provided, so we did not need to contact the hosts other than to let them know when we showed up and when we checked out. Five stars for sure.
I was in Seattle for a wedding and decided to make it into an extended trip, hitting national parks in the region. This is a perfect home base for that and touring Seattle. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals. The bed was comfy. The TV/Wi-Fi and couch were great after a long day of hiking. I thought the air conditioning and fan situation was great, considering it was unseasonably warm in July and the fact that Seattle doesn’t usually have AC. The neighborhood is quiet, parking is easy and located centrally to the things you want to do. The host was responsive and excellent. But they also left me alone. For me, it had everything I needed!
I stayed here with my daughters while visiting one who lives at UW. It was a ten minute drive to drop her back off at the dorms, and we all got to stay together and I was able to cook for her in the kitchen.
This house is tiny, but comfortably fits the 6 it sleeps. I was also able to cook soup (I brought my own dutch oven pot, but everything else was there) and it has a near full fridge for groceries. (It doesn't have a microwave, just FYI. Not a complaint--just for planning purposes. I imagine a microwave would take up much of the counterspace!) The house is clean and decorated nicely--it even had a potato peeler.
You would not know it was a tiny house when in the bathroom--It was better than some hotels. The teenagers loved the "bunk" beds and we had a great time.
Eric is an awesome host--there is plenty of parking and the neighborhood is quiet... we were there during a snow storm but I would guess quiet is still the neighborhood norm! There is even a cute table outside to enjoy when it's not snowing. :)
I will definitely stay here again when visiting my daughter. It was nice to be able to sit on real furniture vs hotel beds and make a meal together. Thanks, Eric!
We went to Seattle to look at graduate school for my daughter at UW. This tiny home was absolutely perfect. ALL of the beds were really comfortable. Since it's so close to Ravenna Ravine, waking to bird song was divine. Despite being in the city, it's at the end of a dead-end street and therefore very quiet. Eric was the perfect balance of being basically immediately available if/when needed but giving us absolute privacy.
I would highly recommend.

Eric was so helpful during our stay in his tiny home. The space was small but well appointed and in a fantastic neighborhood. The house is at the end of a dead end street so it’s quiet and very dark. If you are going to use the beds in the lofts, the ladders can be tough to get around, but other than that it’s a truly lovely tiny home!!!

Eric is a great host, very good communications. Quiet neighborhood, able to walk to stores and restaurants. AC was a bonus as the weather was warm. We will book here again.
Clean, stylish, comfortable! Hot water/shower was tricky but it is a tiny house with a tiny hot water heater that seems to either be on or off. Didn’t bother us much. Great WiFi, even im the patio area. Comfy beds, nice linens, well-appointed kitchen, good location. Thank you!
Cute little neighborhood, enjoyed the little bunnies running around and all the beautiful flowers! The house it’s self was cute and perfect for just the two of us for the week. We enjoyed our stay!
I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a super clean, comfortable fun place to stay in the Seattle area.. My kids loved the loft beds and I was able to make breakfast and late night snacks easily for everyone! We arrived very late but Eric made check in a breeze! I will never stay in a hotel again! Definitely our go to spot in Seattle from now on!

About the host

I love the Pacific Northwest and all of the amazing outdoor activities that it has to offer. As an avid traveler myself, I strive to provide my guests with comfortable, clean, and quiet accommodations so they can enjoy Seattle to it's fullest potential.
Why they chose this property
I have lived in the Ravenna neighborhood of Seattle for my entire life and have always found it to be one of the best areas in the city. It has a quiet and safe residential vibe that is rare for a city, while also having a large selection of restaurants and entertainment nearby. Our property provides a tranquil and relaxing home base with easy access to any of the more bustling areas of the city, such as University District, Capitol Hill, Fremont, Ballard, and downtown.
Located less than a mile from University Village, our property gives guests access to some of the most premier dining and shopping in all of Seattle. Ravenna Brewing company is a short walk away as well. We are also conveniently located to both the UW and Roosevelt light rail station which is the cheapest and easiest way to get to Capitol Hill, downtown, the stadiums, and the airport.
Not only is it a great location within the city, it’s also an excellent location for getting out of the city. The Northwest has an endless supply of adventure opportunities and our close proximity to I-5 and the 520 bridge makes it easy to pursue and adventure in any direction. Having been a local to Washington my whole life, I am always happy to give recommendations to guests who are looking for fun and exciting ways to spend their time here in the Northwest!
What makes this property unique
Being on a dead-end street, this property comes with benefits that you would be hard-pressed to find anywhere else in Seattle, such as ample free parking, a large backyard, and privacy from neighbors with nothing but a scenic ravine across the street.
Speaking of nature, that is one of the most unique benefits that our location has to offer. Why come to the Pacific Northwest if not to be outside enjoying one of the most picturesque and nature-rich places in the world? Ravenna Park is one of the most coveted spots to enjoy nature in the entire city and it’s literally just steps away from our front door for guests to enjoy.
Not to mention, there are so many other beautiful parks and beaches that are just an electric scooter or bike ride away, such as Green Lake, Gas Works Park, Magnuson Beach, Golden Gardens Beach, Discovery Park, the Arboretum, and more. Our absolute favorite thing about living on this property is the tranquility of getting to be surrounded by a thriving ecosystem of trees and animals, which is why we hope all of our guests take advantage of the outdoor spaces that come with their unit - preferably with a hot cup of freshly ground Seattle coffee ;)
