Weekly stay July 4th Holiday; 4 night minimum stay Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend.

Private Mini resort on 1.86 acres located on all-sports Rennie Lake. We offer a 1250 sq ft house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Full bath with shower tub combo, remodeled full kitchen with dining table with seating for 6-7 and private smaller deck. Common area has large sun deck, fire pit near the water and a private beach. Additional fire pit is on the opposite side of the driveway. House has A/C, washer & dryer, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, cookware, and no WIFI (Your own hot spots and cellular connection is available with your cell phone carrier). and bed linens/pillows are provided. You MUST bring your own bath & beach towels.

Master bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed and twin bunk bed, 3rd room has twin day bed w/ trundle (2 twin beds), and full futon in the basement. The basement has a laundry room with washer/dryer (you must supply detergent) and has door that leads to backyard.

Property also has a house next door under VRBO #4815356 that can be rented separately for additional guest accommodation (sleeps 5). Please note there is NO PUBLIC boat launch. We do NOT allow parties or any kind, loud music, or outside guests.
