LOCALIZAÇÃO

O imóvel é excelente não tem o que falar, é amplo a vista para o mar é muito boa. Um ponto negativo é que a área da piscina só pode usas até as 20h inclusive a churrasqueira mas o imóvel possui uma churrasqueira a gás que atende bem. O zelador é excepcional gente muito boa, O porém pelo menos na minha avaliação é a localização mas isso é de forma geral em Arraial, eu esperava mais, o prefeito precisava cuidar melhor dessa cidade que é tão famosa. as praias são magníficas de uma beleza sem igual. fiquei pouco tempo não deu para explorar muito mas foi muito bom.

Fui muito bem atendido em todos os meus contatos com os proprietários. Apartamento muito aconchegante, tendo tudo para nossa estadia, com piscina, sauna e pé na areia... Foi tudo muito bom, só tenho a agradecer a estadia...
