Boa casa proxima à praia

A casa tem 3 andares: 1º piso: Varanda com rede, sala de TV, sala de jantar, labado, cozinha e área externa com churrasqueira. Tem uma geladeira e um freezer, um microondas, um fogão e bastante utensílios de cozinha. 2º piso: 2 suites com ar condicionado. O ar refresca bem o quarto. Os banheiros da suite não são muito espaçosos, mas serve pro próprosito 3º piso: 1 suite (a maior da casa) com ventilador. Porém as escadas para subir pra este piso são mais estreitinhas, não recomendo para pessoas de idade. Como fomos em adultos, não tivemos nenhum problema. A casa está bem próxima da Prainha e tem diversos mercadinhos/supermercados pertos. É possível fazer praticamente tudo a pé. O checkin e checkout foi muito simples. Os horários de checkin e checkout são ótimos. Possui wi-fi. Atendeu bem para o trabalho home office de uma das pessaos que ficaram na casa. Não tivemos nenhum problema com a nossa estadia Apenas uma informação: precisa levar toalhas, jogo de cama e travesseiro (tem alguns lá, mas não são muito bons). No mais, é uma boa casa para ficar e passar uns dias em arraial. Fizemos a reserva para 8, mas acabamos ficando apenas em 7. Foi confortável para esta quantidade de pessoas.

Tudo conforme o anúncio!

A casa é bem parecida ao anúncio. E o tamanho é suficiente para 10 pessoas. Não é muito grande, porém, fomos em 9 pessoas e ficamos confortáveis. É ideal para quem quer curtir o dia fora e voltar para fazer um churrasquinho a tarde. Tudo funcionando, geladeira, fogão, freezer e utensílios de cozinha tb suficientes para cozinhar todos os dias. Somente as janelas do 1o andar que estavam quebradas e nao podiamos abri-las. Levamos também um cachorrinho pequeno e ele também aproveitou bastante. O proprietário Francisco foi sempre solicito em todas as dúvidas que surgiram.

Casa e localização excelentes. Recomendo.

A casa é excelente, bem arejada, espaçosa, confortável e num condomínio com segurança. Além disso, muito bem localizada, na Prainha, a no MÁXIMO 10 minutos a pé da praia (andando devagar). O Francisco, proprietário do imóvel, é muito atencioso, colocando-se sempre à disposição. Na chegada fomos muito bem recebidos pelo porteiro do condomínio, que, de igual modo, foi sempre atencioso e gentil até o momento da saída. Gostamos muito. Bom custo/benefício. Vale a pena. Obrigado, Francisco, pela atenção.

Casa maravilhosa e em ótima localização!

Nós adoramos a estadia, o sr Francisco proprietário é uma ótima pessoa, sempre disposto a nos ajudar, sr Luiz também são pessoas 10!!! A casa é super aconchegante, tudo em perfeito estado de conservação, espaçosa e bem equipada, Não nos faltou nada!! Recomendo muito, é uma Ótima opção em arraial do cabo. com certeza voltaremos!! Obrigado Sr Francisco a nos confiar a sua linda casa! Até mais!!
