The condo is a newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in a quiet gated community. Your stay will include access to the community pool, spa, and exercise room. Come and stay for a vacation with your friends or family or a workation for yourself!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn off all lights and adjust the thermostat to 78 degrees
Place the pool key and clubhouse key on the mirror to the left of the front door. Lock the front door and return the key to the lock box.
Put dirty towels in the washer and start the cycle using the Normal Cycle function. Laundry detergent pods are located above the washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
