Lakeside House / Villa (Llao Llao Neighborhood, San Carlos de Bariloche

The house is located on the coast of Nahuel Huapi Lake, in the Llao Llao neighborhood, about 0.5 mile from the prestigious Hotel Llao Llao. It is very comfortable, it has its own park and coast.
It has 5 rooms with 5 ensuite bathrooms, in addition there is a sixth room with its corresponding bathroom, which was conceived as a service/staff room but can be used perfectly.
The house is constructed in two levels. In the higher one you will find the kitchen, living and dining room, toilette, and a bedroom with a queen bed and the corresponding bathroom.
In the lower level you will find:
1 bedroom with a queen bed and the corresponding bathroom
1 bedroom with two single beds and the corresponding bathroom
1 bedroom with three single beds and the corresponding bathroom
1 bedroom with 3 single beds, under one of these single beds comes a cart with another mattress
1 Laundry room

The neighborhood is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Bariloche, with lots of vegetation, incredible views of the lake and the mountains. In front of the house there is a tourist port from which different boat excursions depart

I highly recommend renting a car to get around, as distances to businesses and restaurants in Bariloche require it

I live in the city of Buenos Aires, I will probably not be in Bariloche during your stay. In the house you will be received by the caretakers of the house, who are very kind. I will be fully available by phone, text, mail, and always attentive to solve any inconvenience

Espetacular!! Vista Maravilhosa!

Está é a segunda vez que minha família aluga esta casa! Ela é simplesmente maravilhosa! Os quartos são ótimos, fomos com duas crianças e a preocupação dos donos da casa é evidente, até portão na escada para eles tinham, além do berço e banheira. A limpeza estava impecável! Contratamos os serviços extras da Olga e do Samuel (caseiros da casa) e foi maravilhoso, nosso café da manhã estava sempre disponível, a cozinha limpa e a lareira acessa quando retornávamos da estação! O Samuel chegou a fazer compras para a nossa família! Foram muito solícitos, ficamos extremamente agradecidos! O Erwin, proprietário da casa sempre foi muito atencioso e tirou todas as nossas duvidas! Recomendamos muito a casa!! Aproveitem para tirar lindas fotos no lago!!
