Nice little spot ,very clean and quiet. Thought there was 2 queen beds, 2 futon, but there was actually only one queen bed and one futon but luckily wasnt a problem it was only 3 of us. Overall great place

Sweetest little place one could ever find for a little getaway. Didn’t catch any fish but sure enjoyed Just peaceful quietness, swimming and canoeing.

This was such a cute little cabin. It was so clean and stocked with snacks, games, and all the kitchen/bathroom essentials that you need. It was not on the water, which was fine with us, because it was just a short drive to our favorite swimming holes. The host was very prompt with responding to messages and informing us of any information that we needed. We will be back!!

Everything was clean and prepared for everything you need for a trip to the south end of Toledo. My daughter loved that there were snacks for her and our dogs! Great location for what we were looking for.

A new and well appointed cabin in the woods. Everything clean and tidy and the host very helpful. We just needed a place to sleep for a fishing trip, but I would come back again for sure with more family and stay longer. A nice little getaway. Very peaceful and pleasant.

What makes this property unique

Property is beautiful and shady with tons of natural scenery. Very private. Great place to unwind or a short 1 mile drive to Toledo Bend public boat launch for world class fishing and boating. Only two miles from Sam Forse Recreation area for picnicking and playground for kids. Sabine ATV park just 20 minutes away. South Toledo Bend State Park and dam is 3 miles from property. Plenty of hiking trails in the area.
