Our home boasts a spacious swimming pool with a relaxing spa. Enjoy the added privacy of a privacy wall surrounding the pool area. Our home is equipped with a full range of amenities, including air conditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a cooker, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, and a waste disposal. Experience comfort and relaxation in our private pool home.
Bedroom #1 - Master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, a garden tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet.
Bedroom #2 - 1 Queen bed
Bedroom #3 - 2 Twin Beds
Bedroom #4 - 2 Twin Beds
All bed linens, towels, and pool towels are included for your convenience. Entertain yourself in the game room, complete with a pool table and various games.

**No Parties or Events** To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings at the property. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and additional fees for extra cleaning or damages.
Additional Fees apply for the following:
-BBQ Grill Rentals (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival)
-Pool & Spa Heat (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival as it takes 24 hours for all pool heating to reach favorable temperature)
-Cribs/Highchair/Pack'n'Plays (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival)
