Turn off the lights
All trash needs to be in trasg bags otherwise they wont collect and will fine. They collect trash everyday in the afternoon. Just bring your trash bags from inside to the bins outside as needed.
This is friendly neighborhood with lots kids.
Please drive slow and keep the noise to a respectable level. No parties!
We appreciate if you fill the dishwasher upon leaving and turn it on.
