Our Keaton Beach Vacation Rental home is located 20 miles east of Perry on Taylor County's unspoiled and undeveloped breathtakingly beautiful coastline. It’s a quaint, small community, away from the busy cities; a place to reconnect with one another and to the outdoors for a few days, few weeks or longer. A place where you will create memories that will last a life time.

Margaritaville is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home home situated on the deep water main canal on Keaton Beach. The Mermaid Cottage located on the 2nd level is perfect for additional guests. The wrap around balcony will have you watching the sunrise over morning coffee and spectacular sunsets over a fresh fish dinner you caught earlier in the day

Fun at Margaritaville

Easy to book. Great landlord. Loved having the water accessibility and boat dock. Great view of sunset. Close to beach. Clean rooms. Missed having a dishwasher. 😏

This property is beautiful. It is fully stocked, clean, and the beds and pillows were great. Stephanie was wonderful to work with, and she checked to make sure we had everything we needed.

INCREDIBLE!

The Margaritaville House was beyond our expectations. The home is very clean and Stephanie has done a fabulous job decorating. There are little touches of beach lifestyle in every room of the home. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
