Summer fun

We had a wonderful time at this property it was located close to the beach and pool . I felt very comfortable allowing my teenage daughters to roam around freely . It seemed like a very safe place to stay also . Only downfall was the parking situation we own a large SUV and the spots are very compact and seemed other visitors did not know how to park in their designated spot properly . But over all I would definitely rent this location again .

Roof work the whole week

The location is great and would have been enjoyable. However, the choice to replace the roof during a vacation week was extremely poor. We were in an upstairs unit. The hammering and workers on the roof all week was horrible. Not to mention the "Danger" tape around the entire property we were constantly in danger of something falling on us each time we left the unit. We Should Have Been Notified Before Hand!!!

The roofing project was scheduled to be completed prior to arrival. Unfortunately there was still some work to be completed and Royal Shell has provided a compensation for the inconvenience. Family fun

We have stayed at this resort before and loved it. The location is perfect, the condos nice, the resort is fun. Royal Shell was easy to work with and flexible. We had one small hiccup in the room and they came immediately to remedy. The only suggestion would be more bike parking

Sanibel Retreat

Everything you could possibly need, especially loved how wonderfully stocked the kitchen was with every utensil you might need. Great location, really enjoyed the pool, pickleball court and convenient beach access - thanks for a wonderful week!.

Great condo

Super! Plenty of room for 5, close to beach as well as dining and grocery especially if you rent bikes which we did for a week. Did not need a car or TV for the whole week. Very quiet. Be sure to bring flashlights and/or headlamps for walking or biking after sunset.

Coquina Beach Condos

I have stayed here three times here and just love this property. Have met lovely people while staying here. It has fantastic access to the beach and a wonderful pool in the middle. Will be back again—still searching for my elusive Junonia.

Great time!

We had a great time. The only downside is no beach view, but it was close, so we did not suffer! Was surprised they had coolers, chairs and umbrellas there. We flew to Ft Myers, so we couldn't bring those items, we thought we were going to have to buy them, but they were on the lanai when we got there. Such a nice surprise!
