The house was very nice and in a great location. Close to great Hyde Park restaurants and the University of Tampa campus where my daughter is a sophomore. Lots of room to spread out in the house.

Stephanie Had an amazing house for us to stay at they were very quick to pick up when we were confused checking in and had a very nice clean organized house. It an amazing stay I recommend to anybody who needs little get away, has greats hosts house and area right next to downtown.

Awesome location, felt very safe in the beautiful neighborhood! I had a question on arrival and the owner responded almost immediately - great communication! Great baths - four people each taking a shower and the hot water held up with great pressure. Also appreciated the laundry facilities when we got caught in a storm and came home drenched!

Nice place. Overall pleased with the home. The living room was odd being in the garage. Wish there were better utensils in the kitchen but overall not a big deal.

Stephanie, the host was really great and very responsive. We needed the location close to Tampa General due to stepdad having a pretty serious surgery. We needed to be able to go back-and-forth and it was about a six minute drive so it was perfect. Beds were very comfortable plenty of room for the four of us that were staying there. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. Near enough to restaurants also .

This home was beautiful. Spacious, clean and very cozy. The host was so accommodating and the location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to Hyde Park Village for dinner and shopping. We will be back!

We only stayed for 1 night but the area is really nice and the house is well.located. Lots of space for x6 people and very clean. If i were to stay longer i wouldn't have been that impressed with the kitchen facilities as there wasnt enough cutlery, cups , pans, tea towels etc and some of the cupboards were starting to show signs of wear and tear. Also very limited and small towels. Not an issue for us as we ate out but for every day use not ideal

I may have missed it in the listing. The house was advertised as four bedroom, but one of the bedrooms had no connection to a hallway or a bathroom without walking through a different bedroom, so neither of those two bedrooms were really separate bedrooms with privacy.
