Great large 3 bedroom condo with in condo private hot tub sleeps 8. Two king beds, full size/twin bunk bed and sofa sleeper. Full kitchen, outdoor deck with gas grill and viewing the cove. Quite cove side condo. Complex has indoor pool, outdoor pool , indoor tennis courts, outdoor tennis courts, basketball court, swim dock and game room. Beautiful property with plenty of large trees for shading.

Nice condo great view

This condo is a very comfortable place to stay on a cold weekend. The hot tub was great, gave the kids something else to do. It would have been nice to use the fireplace but it was wood burning and to many rules to go along with it. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for family ..

A much needed weekend with family!

This condo had everything we like! The rooms were comfortable, the location was perfect, a large table to enjoy breakfast in the morning and games in the evening, overall just a perfect place to stay!

Great location

This condo is located in a great, convenient location of Osage beach. The indoor pool (at the lodge) and hot tub was a huge hit with our kids. The condo was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very efficient to any questions we had. I would recommend this place and would consider staying there again.

Excellent condo!

My wife and I took our 4 grown children and 2 of their boyfriends. Plenty of room for everyone and loved the hot tub. The swim deck was great to hang out on and we rented a boat and a jet ski from Aqua Toys (highly recommend). Bruce was quick to return my call when we locked the keypad on the hot tub. Will definitely be back next year.

Truly a blessing for our family.

I booked this trip after losing my husband/father of our 4 children in October 2021 at the age of 51 to covid. This was a great extravagance for us but when I saw that it had everything our family was looking for, I went for it! This was a way for us to relax and unwind after the whirlwind we have lived in lately. We were glad we chose this instead of a road trip with gas prices we would have easily spent more on gas and hotels, food, etc. It was also a graduation and birthday gift for our youngest finishing college. For me, an amazing relief after spending 16 years in retail where you don’t get vacations like this. Enough about us... the condo was clean, beautiful, spacious and welcoming. Some furniture was worn but I bet it is after people find out how great the place is! We loved the lake, the views, the hot tub, clubhouse pool, fishing … all of it! We are considering doing it again. I had never booked a trip like this online and the process was easy and secure, even for a not so savvy internet person! Truly a blessing to our entire family. A really great stay

The photos don’t quite show how big this condo is! There are two enormous beds in the two main bedrooms, and the third has a double/twin bunk bed which is normal sized, easily big enough for a couple or kids to share. The only down side was the lack of storage in the bunk bed room, but the room isn’t small and cases did fit on the floor. It’s also right next to the lounge room and kitchen, so it also might not suit early bedtime for little kids. The hot tub was lovely, and we managed to play around with the controls and mostly figured it out. As previous guests mention there isn’t a manual or instructions, but it’s not that tricky. There is a grill on the outside space/deck and chairs for 4. You’re right at the waters edge and my kids loved watching the many turtles and other lake inhabitants from above. The pool was a huge plus - it’s really well suited to small kids, as well as adults and we never had any issues getting a lounger. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub, which looks like it can be closed off in cooler weather. There are 3 flights of stairs from the condo to the pool, so it won’t suit everyone, but it took only a couple of minutes to walk with the kids. (It is possible to drive if need be, but there is still a flight to get to the pool deck, as access through the clubhouse wasn’t available as it was closed due the current Covid situation) There is also a gym, tennis courts - indoor and outdoor, playground and a basketball court which were all open. But the saunas were both unavailable. There were also cleaning supplies available at the pool to clean tables and loungers. There is a marked off swimming area, but the water wasn’t great when we visited - full of debris, so we just stuck with the pools and boating. The flat was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, including pool towels, and was lovely and cool already when we arrived. It’s a short car journey and probably an even shorter boat ride to Redheads grill (lovely food, with gluten free options) and we didn’t need to drive more than 30mins to get to the other places we ventured. It’s off the main channel a bit, so there wasn’t a lot of loud boat noise either. We found the complex to be clean, safe, quiet and really enjoyed our stay.

Family Reunion

Our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers totally enjoyed our stay here. Easy location to unload and load-parking lot level, turtle watching from the deck and everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Owners were very responsive and check in and all information that we needed was provided beforehand. Couldn't have asked for better.

Weekend getaway

We stayed with my brother and his family, the condo was very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils and dishes. Plenty of extra towels for the hot tub and having three bathrooms was a bonus, especially after our lake day when everyone needed showers back to back. Owners were very helpful with anything we needed, we are so glad we picked this condo to stay in!

Nice Stay/Family Friendly

We had a nice stay. Family friendly location with children age range 4 to 9. The host was very prompt when answering questions I had. Spacious and clean condo, nice large kitchen refrigerator, grill on site, private hot tub in the condo. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, no one had to share. Kids like viewing/counting the turtles each morning from the balcony. We would stay again!

Well stocked condo in quiet location yet close to everything Osage!

What a great condo! Quick drive to grocery store, restaurants, and Bagnell Dam Blvd shopping. Quiet & peaceful view of the lake from the deck, nice swimming dock, plus indoor and outdoor pools! Condo is well maintained and kitchen is fully stocked for all your meal prep and serving needs. The owners, Bruce & Sandy, provided great directions and all information needed to fully use the condo and the complex amenities a few days before we arrived. Large hot tub IN the unit, with windows to the lake was a definite plus! Nice grill on the deck allowed us to easily grill hamburgers & hot dogs. Shower water pressure was fantastic. Definitely a 5-star condo, location, and owners!

Cozy and Spacious
