The location was awesome. The unit was located across the main highway, in front of the Giant Steps lift. The location of the unit allowed you to quickly walk over to the various eateries plus the general store. Plus the shuttle stop is conveniently located at the start of the complex. The unit had a great kitchen. The appliances (dishwater, oven/air fryer, induction cook top, refrigerator, and microwave) were great to see in the unit. Kai was great in responding to my question in a timely manner.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and found it convenient to access the lifts, dining options, general store, and shuttle stop.
We’re also happy to hear the kitchen and appliances stood out. The unit is intentionally equipped with modern, high-quality appliances to make stays comfortable and convenient.
Thank you as well for the kind note about communication. We strive to be responsive and helpful throughout each guest’s stay, and we appreciate you choosing to stay with us.
We had a great stay. The master bed could be softer. We received a warning sticker on our car which was our fault but the sticker was huge and blocked our side view mirror for the drive home. It took two hours with goo be gone to remove. Inform the HOA to at the least put the sticker in a safer location. The drive home was difficult to change lanes due to the sticker.

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re happy to hear you had a great stay overall.
Guest comfort is very important to us, and we appreciate the note about the master bed. We’re reviewing bedding options to further improve sleep comfort for future guests.
Regarding parking, while enforcement is managed by the HOA, we’ve shared this feedback with them and requested that any future notices be placed in a safer, more visible location that does not interfere with vehicle operation.
We truly value guest input, as it helps us continue to improve, and we appreciate you choosing to stay with us.
