Set on 14 private acres near Paris, TN and just minutes from Kentucky Lake, this is the kind of place where families unplug, make s’mores under the stars, and enjoy slow mornings with coffee before lake days and adventures.

The space

Inside you’ll find a bright, comfortable cabin with a welcoming living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms that work great for families and small groups. Large windows bring in natural light and give you peaceful views of the woods. (And yes — movie nights are easy here.)

You’re only a short drive from Kentucky Lake for boating, fishing, and beach days — then you can come back to quiet countryside and a fire under the stars.

Wonderful little property in a beautiful location. We loved the fire pit and spacious common spaces. It was wonderful having separate units for heating/cooling in each bedroom as well as the common area. Will definitely be looking forward to another stay here!

We built the Cozy Campfire Cabin as a place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the simple beauty of Tennessee. Living in the city, we dreamed of having a peaceful space near family where we could escape the noise, spend time outdoors, and truly relax — and this cabin became that place for us. Every stay here reminds us how refreshing it feels to unplug, breathe deeply, and enjoy quiet moments together.

Why they chose this property

When we first drove down Copper Spring Road while searching for the perfect spot to build, we immediately knew we were somewhere special. The road itself felt calm and welcoming, and once we stepped onto the property, it felt like home. Watching our kids explore the land freely and meeting Fred and Bailey, the neighbor’s donkey and horse, sealed the decision for us. It was exactly the kind of place we wanted — peaceful, safe, and full of character.
