We have multiple units so can accommodate larger groups in adjacent units (Ask us). Experience Nashville and all its bars, honky tonks, and great restaurants. The entire condo is updated with new floors, fixtures, appliances, granite countertops, and stainless steel sink.

Convenient to Downtown, Midtown, The Gulch, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt - Short Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere! Can walk if you're industrious.

Nashville at the Colby

Location location location… was great, easily get to broadway and other attractions. Does need some new mattresses though. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place

Three of us stayed for few days and this condo worked out perfect. Location was great to catch the hop on off bus (just a mile or so away). Convenient and Uber's to broadway were very reasonable for cost and quick.

Ron has been involved with real estate just about his whole career as a home builder, developer, remodeler, and investor. Susan has worked as Marketing Director for Chick-fil-A and in banking.
