An exceptional vacation home will give you all.

Located in Rockport, Texas, a blissful water-front retreat for sporting, relaxation or family gatherings. It is in a great location just off the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) and kayak distance to some excellent flats fishing or bird watching.

During the day, find yourself exploring the ICW, venturing to Estes Flats or California Hole - a true experience of the wonder of nature that everyone can appreciate. Smile at the school of redfish and trout passing port side as you cast your rod into the bay water. Tie up your boat next to brand new cement dock installed with pads and cleats. Didn't bring your boat - just fish off the back deck or lounge by the pool.

From water to table, bring home your catch and dress it on the private cleaning station. The open kitchen, dining and den foster good conversation and gathering as meals are prepared and served. Why not enjoy your gathering outdoors on the large sheltered patio.

Any time of the year, come to 112 Palm to relax your mind and meditate, while savoring the gentle pat of the water in the canal, call of seagulls and wisp of salty wind. One guest bedroom holds a queen bed and the other a set of bunk-beds with a trundle bed to sleep four. Both guest bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Beautiful House in Rockport

Very cute, clean house with everything we needed. Nice good sized modern kitchen. Tile floors throughout. Gorgeous back deck. Beach in the mornings, swimming pool in the afternoons, fishing in the early evening. Perfect fit for a short vacation.

Great boat dock and location. Nice house but had an odd smell when coming in the front door. Master shower had great hot water - remainder of the house did not. Only one trash bag and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a family of 5.

Not sure what the smell was that you experienced, possibly a decoration in the hall - but we have not been able to discover since your comment. The hot water is the same temperature throughout the house. We provide initial supplies for your vacation - One roll on the spindle plus one extra roll per bathroom - usually ample for your weekend stay.

Relaxing and renewing vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is well maintained. The views from the back porch are very calming and beautiful. We enjoyed our morning coffee and the opportunity to work at the table outside. Several days we were delighted to see herons outside.The beds were comfortable and the linens soft. We experienced a problem with the air conditioning and the property manager, Terri, was exceptionally responsive and helpful. She and the owners arranged to have the problem addressed during Memorial Day weekend. We were grateful for their prompt responses and assistance.We would encourage others to select this rental.

We loved our stay. Mostly hung out by the pool and enjoyed the large covered patio out back. The home was lovely, the pictures truly do not show the open concept of this home. Straight from the living room to the patio and pool. So relaxing. Beds were very comfortable.

Best Rental in Rockport

The house was easy to find and very nice. Comfortably accommodated 5 adults and kids. The beds are very comfortable. We unloaded our boat at nearby boat ramp and had it conveniently waiting for us right outside back patio. Best part was getting up early to enjoy quite time drinking coffee on back porch.

Great Escape

We have rented this house for extended stays for the past 4 years and will be renting it again this year. This house has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well-equipped and there’s plenty of parking. It’s got all the comforts of home. We really like the convenience of the boat lift and close access to great fishing. The property manager and owners are very nice and easy to work with. We would highly recommend this house.

Awesome Coast House in Rockport

Wanted a weekend in a "home" instead of a hotel for a group of friends. When we arrived, we were extremely pleased with an exceptional clean and well decorated home, filled with ample space to put our belongings and enjoy our weekend. The house had three bedrooms, so plenty of beds and privacy to relax, the kitchen was large enough cook a feast, and the living room provided a great social atmosphere. The outdoor covered deck had a table and a lot of seating, includes a gas grill for us to cook and enjoy the great evenings. Being a canal home, we were minutes from estes flats, or the bay, so if you have a kayak, easy. The house even has lights mounted off the dock towards the water attracting fish. Definitely well worth the value of how close you are to the bay. We had a great time and can say we are already planning another trip. This house was much nicer than the pictures appear.

Exceptional Gathering

Booked a family trip and then had some friends over during the stay. Exceptionally clean home, well thought out with all the creature comforts one would desire or expect. Tile throughout, nothing worse than mucky carpet at the coast. Tasteful furnishing and décor. Great deck for congregating and enjoyment, easy and simple location so no guest got lost. Also truly enjoyed the extensive dock for the kids as well as the adults. Also has a boat lift as I enjoyed keeping my boat out of the water overnight. All around good time and great place to stay. Nice living room, quite a nice kitchen with updated appliances. Was correct about close proximity to fishing, as I could be in my boat and on a fishing spot in under 10 minutes.
