Quaint, quiet and relaxing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained beach house.

Close to everything, this house is perfect for any getaway experience.
200m to the beach and playground, 5 minute walk to the shops and 10 minute walk to the pub, every age is catered for.

You'll find everything you need for cooking in the kitchen, whether it be a slowcooked meal, roast, spaghetti or toast, this house has every cooking appliance you need. Of course there is also utensils for everything as well.
Large outdoor area for BBQing and large groups.

Linen and towels supplied for 2 queen beds. Linen available to hire for single beds $15 each.

Large frontage for cars and boats.

All 7 of us enjoyed staying at the house in Leeman. Simple layout that functioned well for 4 Adults and 3 teenagers. The backyard was great for our 2 small dogs and close to beach and walking dogs to jetty. Close to Green Head n Jurien Bay - for snorkelling, swimming and food shopping. We loved the board games ant the house and Leeman fish n chip shop was great for family meal. Thanks

Love lazy Leeman!

Always have a great time up in Leeman and even better when you get onto some decent fish! Great property within walking distance to everything you need for a comfortable stay with plenty of room to park the boat!

We had a very pleasant short stay using Leeman as our base to go wildflower hunting. The Beach House was both convenient and comfortable and we will certainly stay there again - hopefully with some grand-kiddies next time.

Happy Daze

We enjoyed our stay at Happy Daze. Suited us and plenty of room with 5 adults. We did have to clean the dust off outside furniture first and also clean the dust in the bathrooms before using. Slight ant problem in the kitchen and combat all the daddy long leg spiders. Overall we were very comfortable and property was fantastic for a dog.

Comforting Holiday Experience

Ideal location close to all necessities. Neat and tidy. Only 3 of us gents stayed but would accommodate 6 people easily. Large area at the front to park your boat and a friends boat, plus maybe 3-4 cars. Spacious patio and BBQ area with an extra fridge. The kitchen was well equipped. A positive experience.
