Perfect for multi-family occupancy as the 4 bedroom layout is diverse with two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor and one bedroom and a full bath on the second floor along with the family room and kitchen and the primary suite on the third floor. There are 2 decks to enjoy morning coffee and meals while listening to the ocean waves. Make yourself at home in this terrific getaway, where relaxation and comfort await.

Please note that there is no elevator and it’s a three story house. It will not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
