Top Floor Unit. The Kaanapali Royal is a quite and gated luxury condo complex located on the 16th fairway of the Kaanapali Royal Golf Course located across from world famous Kaanapali Beach and the Whalers Village Shopping and Restaurant Complex.

Kaanapali Beach is consistently rated as one of the top beaches in the world. This condo is only 5 to 10 minute walk or a free trolley ride to the main shopping and restaurant centre of Kaanapali Beach - Whalers Village. Enjoy an updated 1,800 square foot condo at a rate that is substantially lower than the expensive and small beach front condos.

This large 1,800 square foot condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps 4-5. The top floor features a large private master bedroom with a California King Bed and a large master bathroom with two sinks.
The lower floor features a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining and living room with a large lanai (balcony). On the large lanai, you can use the stainless steel Weber BBQ and enjoy views of the pool, golf course, ocean, and neighbouring islands.

This fully air conditioned condo has free Wi-Fi and in room washer and dryer. There is also free long distance calling within the US and Canada. Enjoy the Bose stereo with Bluetooth and large 65' LED Smart TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can think of including new stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee machine and Vitamix blender.

The Kaanapali Royal also features a pool, whirlpool, tennis courts, bbq and picnic area, along with secured and gated parking all located on 7 acres of beautifully manicured tropical grounds overlooking a golf course.

If you are lucky enough to have this condo available for rent during your trip, book it immediately & without question. The beds & pillows were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels, beach chairs & umbrellas, coolers, etc. The condo was very clean, couches and chairs were comfortable & clean. The layout and size of the condo is perfect for 6 people. Great TV. It's close to the beach (10 to 15 minute walk), easy parking. Wonderful swimming pool & hot tub. And the HOA keeps the grounds incredibly clean (they have multiple people out every day). The kitchen is fully equipped with all plates, silverware, pots & pans, etc. There is also glass pyrex for leftovers. Kitchen is large and easy to cook in. A nice surprise for us was the array of cooking spices there were to choose from. We were there during a Kona low storm & were forced to stay indoors for a few days and the condo was very comfortable. The large lanai & the view from it was fantastic - - - it stayed dry and was sheltered from wind. Being able to use the grill and be outside was lovely. We truly had everything we needed. And Curtis & Martine were absolutely amazing. Very responsive to our questions. We can't recommend this condo enough.

My family of four (two adults and two teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect; easy walk to the beach but away from the noise of the popular beach front properties. We easily found parking infront of the unit every day of our stay. The unit was emaculate, clean and well decorated. We had everything we needed in the way of beach towels, linens, cooking amenities, beach chairs, and coolers. Overall, the property is quiet. We would definitely stay here on our next Maui trip. Everything about this place was fantastic. It was so close to Whalers Village (which has so much to offer—my family went 1-2x every day), Fairway Shops (which has The Snorkel Store and a general store) and Kaanapali Beach. The condo itself was super comfortable and had everything you might want during your stay (beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, well-equipped kitchen, beach toys and gear, clothes rack, food storage solutions, seriously anything you might need was there). My family of 4 had an amazing time in Maui and really enjoyed staying in this condo. We will definitely come back when we return!

The condo is exactly as advertised, if not better. Our family of 5 (including 18, 17, and 14 year old boys) were very impressed with the property. Super close to Whalers Village and the beach. Communication with the host was easy and detailed. The condo is quite comfortable and very well appointed with regard to anything you might need in the kitchen or for a trip to the beach. Highly recommend for you to consider for your stay in Maui.

Great Location, Excellent Views!

Condo was perfect for our week long stay on Maui. Walking distance to Whaler's Village shopping, restaurants, beautiful Kaanapali beach and Black Rock area for snorkeling. The Condo came with beach towels, chairs, body boards and snorkel gear. We had many meals on the Lanai which provided excellent views. When we return to Maui in the future we will definitely rent this Condo again.

Perfect Kaanapali Condo

This condo was truly spectacular. I've stayed at numerous condos on Maui and this was by far the best. Everything about staying here was easy from check in and parking to the abundant beach/pool accessories provided. On site pool is great. Close walk to the Fairway Shops/restaurants and not far from the resorts, shopping and beach as well. And if you don't want to go out, grilling on the lanai and looking out at the ocean makes for a perfect afternoon. The pantry is even stocked with all the seasonings and spices you could ever need. 1000% would stay again.

Our family started coming to Hawaii many years ago and Kaanapali Beach is our favorite area. Our family got their PADI certification at Kaanapali Beach and we enjoy all the different dive sites that Mauï has to offer. We love running on the 6 mile path on Kaanapali Beach and we always reward ourself with a coffee at Starbucks looking at the surfers. We like to eat in but we also love good restaurants. The Kaanapali Beach area is beautiful, safe, and loaded with things to do! And most of all, we love the consistent beautiful weather!

The Kaanapali Royal is in the perfect location to enjoy everything that the Kaanapali Beach area has to offer.
You are a 5-10 minute walk from Kaanapali Beach and Whalers Village. You are a 5 minute drive from historic Lahaina Town and its shops and restaurants. You are minutes away from other incredible beaches that have great snorkeling and paddle/boogie boarding.
We self manage our property and do not use outside managers so you benefit from owners that manage their property like it is their home - because it is!

What makes this property unique

We have put a lot of work into creating the best possible Kaanapali rental experience. We want our guests to say that these owners have really thought of everything! Unlike some owners who never stay in their units, we live in this condo when we go to Maui so we have equipped it like it was our home with everything that you could possibly need!
